  • Candidates have high aims and are well informed, thanks to the internet & social media (I am not allowed to make a mistake. Everyone will know it – quickly). They need more than just work (e.g. flat…)
  • I need to be found in the jungle of job portals, advertisements, search engines and recruiting/ personnel service providers
  • On one side I have to fire people and on the other I have to recruit some (2* costs).
    Often there are no efficient systems concerning transparency and no entire deployment planning
